At Herbal Tea Harmony, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without needing to give a reason. To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days and return the item(s) within a further 14 days.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us
- Perishable or personalised items (e.g. opened tea pouches) cannot be returned unless faulty
3. How to Request a Return
Please email us at teatime@herbalteaharmony.co.uk with the following information:
- Your name and order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for return (optional but helpful)
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s) and packaging. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including postage.
6. Subscription Returns
Subscription boxes are not eligible for partial refunds once shipped. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product within your box, please get in touch and we’ll make it right.
